A lot of recommendations were made and I liked a good number of them to be completely honest here. I am really thankful for all of them.
However, I am just one person, so I had to decide which one to pick up. The one that piqued my interest the most was…

In interrogation the female knight Ilias met at the imprisoned place, when talking about the bandits seen in the mountain, Illias, who was stuck in the search for said bandits, hurriedly strikes the bandits . My wish to be a Hero, or to build a harem?

The actual translated title is: The Syndrome of Wanting to Live Safely in Another World. I don’t know why the translation of the title is different from the Japanese one. Maybe it was originally a different title but got changed afterwards?
Also, I will be beginning from the 1st chapter. As with many other stories I have done, this is my way of acclimating to the Japanese terms in the story and using the ones I am most comfortable with.
Anyways, this is one of the OGs of isekai if I remember correctly. I read the manga a millennia ago when I was entering the isekai scene. I remember liking it a lot, so I was surprised when I saw the translation of the WN hasn’t really gotten that far.
The reason for that? Once I got a peek of it, I understood. This story is super complicated to translate and each chapter is LONG. This really ain’t an easy one to go into and it is definitely impossible for me to keep a schedule of 1 chapter every day. Well, I will adjust the schedule as I find a sweet spot just like all the other ones. That said, I will be uploading a chapter every day for 2 weeks to celebrate the new story.
And so, the reason why I picked this one up is because of how different this one is. The MC in this one is super weak. What he lacks in power, he compensates in cunningness. The MC is extremely smart and will use any means necessary with whatever cards he has on his hand. That said, it is not like he is going to go all evil and forsake his morals. He teeters a fine line between good and evil, trying his best to not cross that line.
The MC really has an interesting mindset that I want to dive into, and the characters are surprisingly well fleshed as well.
I have really enjoyed the little taste I got when I was checking whether to pick it up, and I hope you guys will too!
