I wonder if the Goddesses from the past will have their memories linked to the present or not?
And if not, will those Goddesses have the same evaluation of Makoto like the ones in the present?
And most of all, Noah is on the enemy side at the past right? So will Makoto have to fight against Past Noah and her believers?
This is my 3rd comment but i forgot to share my theory. Not a spoiler a theory!
If i remember coreectly Great Sage once asked “Do you know where Abel is?” to someone. “Or maybe it was something like “What happened to Abel” i'm not sure. But since Abel's whereabouts were unknown after the final battle and Makoto will go to the past most likely isn't there a chance Abel return back to the future with Makoto? I want to see that
The legend of the Hero and the saint says that in the end Abel leave princess Anna saying that someone was waiting for him and no one knows anything about him since that time.
Back then, in earlier chapter, the ending of hero Abel story is that he rejects Anna's courtship because "there's someone who's been waiting for him" and then goes to nobody knows where.
There's 2 possibilities there:
1. Abel becomes such a bro with Makoto just like Sakurai, and goes off to the future to fight demons alongside him. That mysterious coffin might be his.
2. Makoto is indeed the "unnamed party member" and his story were mixed with Abel for some reason.
The holy sword Abel use still missing so the possibility is quite high

Now I see, he will go back into the past where he can't return, this is the same as killing him.
I cant imagine how sofia, aya, lucy, and furie which he made strong bonds with would feel, unlike us which I think we already know where he is, to them when he is sent into the past even if he could save the saviour abel, he would still die in old age, its really hard for them.
Who said that he couldn't return? Also I didn't know but no one said that.....Also they previously said that the only one that can use resurrection was Noel ...... Chapters later Ira revive Makoto
Well I just base it on if the inside of the coffin of the great white sage is makoto, then there might be a possibility of no return.
Since he is the MC there should be plot armor.
Also no one of the people in his side has been killed permanently until now , only mob characters and evil characters are dead .
There is a possibility that he can’t return with magic but frizzes himself and has the white loli guarding his body.
That’s why her house is made of ice like cristal and there’s a coffin (unless she uses it to sleep herself).
That’s my theory at least
I thought this might happen (there is no way we wouldn’t see the hero Abel and the infamous Noah previous believer the dark hero 😋) I’m even half hopping that he could convince past Noah to not side with the demons but I know that that would change history so it will probably not happen 😓, at least this explains Abel’s supposed last words after defeating the great demon king (something about saving a goddess trapped) but althena confirmed that undoubtedly there was someone with the light hero skill 1000 ago🤔, if Abel was actually makoto then who was the light hero?🤔 Some unknown character that for some reason couldn’t receive the credit and chose to remain nameless? Or Is past althena is going to give the light hero skill to makoto?

Don’t remember which chapter, but it was a little after sakurai told everyone about his childhood with makoto and and after sakurai gone rest princess Noel asked makoto what he was planning on doing after the great demon lord defeat and he said that, then she got mad at him for copying Abel’s phrase
I remember it because I’ve been wondering until now what connection Abel could have with Noah (time travel and makoto being Abel didn’t seem possible until now)

Not to the Great Demon Lord, but to Anna after defeating the GDL. Something along the lines of "I have someone waiting for me." Makoto said that to Noel in the party, and he meant Noah (Makoto is pretty set on setting Noah free).
Maybe he will get some skills from the goddesses before he go back in time.

so Makoto is Abel huh .... At one point the real Abel existed but how they rewrote the story Makoto is Abel (or so it seems)
Remember the legend of the Hero Abel and the Saint Anna, He left saying that he had someone waiting for him and no more was heard from him.
Did he returned to the present? That's why no one knew where he gone?
That's one possibility I don't know for sure,but since the beginning was weird how the saviour of humanity just went and disappeared from the world.
Now that it is known that the demons tried to rewrite the past it makes more sense. I was thinking that there are two possibilities:
Due to the intervention of the demons with the timeline now Makoto is (or always was, these things are only known when you get to the moment they happen) Abel and that would explain why he never had a partner and in the end he goes and explains to Anna that he is going because someone is waiting for him.
The second option is that Abel exists and Makoto only helps him defeat the great demon lord but in the final battle Abel dies fulfilling his mission but if he dies he would change the story, so Makoto transforms into him and pretends that Abel did not die in the end he uses that part of the legend where Abel leaves and no one ever hears anything from him to return to the present.
i want to see the harems reaction! maybe ira-chan can send makoto to 1.000 years ago but she cant bring him back? maybe makoto really the one in the coffin before?

I already predicted (in my mind) that Makoto will go time travel since Bifron recognize him but to actually happenned.

Well thanks to the comments we knew the time travel was coming I just thought it was gonna be the plot of the demons to remove Sakurai or Makoto and not a request of the goddess. The question now is can the goddesses keep contacting him in real time like always or are they also effected by the time jump leaving Makoto truly alone in the past. Also how is he gonna fit in with Abel and his party, hes gonna be a complete stranger with unknown origins and horrendous stats unless they know about how strong spirit magic is.
