When I went to consult with Mel-san and Johnny-san about fighting the Great Demon Lord, for some reason, Dia was with them.
It seems like the 3 were drinking, and there were bottles of alcohol scattered around.

I still think that the great demon lord might not be all that bad and cruel.
Just way to powerful and because he is from a higher plain can’t make direct contact with regular lifeforms, thus he try to ascend them and most turn into a taboo monster.
But thank to RPG player makoto can make friends with him and maybe convince him into going to sleep for about a 1000 years.
Also for some reason I think the grate demo lord is going to be a bunny or some kind of cute and fluffy critter

In any case, Iblis had a voice that Makoto thought was a little girl. And given what we have in the story now, I think that's the most likely.

Speaking of that, they think not all of their class got successfully summoned (as some weren't there in the Water Temple). Then Aya becoming a Lamia instead.
I think we're gonna have an end-game twist - that some of them are demons now. They may have indeed become attached to that side, just as Aya became attached to her Lamia family. And how will Sakurai handle that? Not only considering whatever powers they have, but can he cut down his former classmates?
I could be wrong of course. Keep in mind this author has done a ton of foreshadowing, so they thought up lots of future plot points before writing earlier chapters. You can really see it if you re-read knowing what you know now. There is a strong possibility for this one as well.
Besides demons, there is a strong possibility of other monster cases like Aya.
Sa-san was reincarnated as a Lamia instead of being summoned like everyone else, so it's definitely possible.
