What’s inside this fire cow is the Fire God Nova. Being seen as one of the five Gods of Creation, it arbitrarily got angered at the humans who had thinned their faith towards him and tried to bring divine punishment by reincarnating in a monster; in other words, an idiot.
For that sake, he reincarnated in the fire cow Phalaris that he created himself and tuned to its very limits, but now that the transcendent power has been erased by my dark matter without leaving a single trace behind, the current him is lower than a cow.
The soul of the Fire God Nova probably already wants to be liberated from this useless body and return to the God realm.

With an even more worried face than that of her recovered friendship with Mirack.

Leaving aside your decisiveness in fixing my friendship with Mirack-chan…you blocked the heat flash of that gigantic monster and beat it up until it became this small. That’s not normal.” (Karen)
“I also wanted to ask that. I only thought of you as a follower of Karen but, just what are you? At the very least, you are a hero or something that surpasses that. Moreover, that power I saw from afar…that thing that I can only describe as a pitch black-something, it was not fire divine power or light divine power, it wasn’t wind, water, and earth either.” (Mirack)

“That just means Entropy is that much of a special God. But, no matter how much of a hidden God it is, the darkness part that composes this world exists. In humans as well.” (Yorishiro)

“Hero Karen, just like how your light element is prominent, and the fire hero there excels in fire element, there’s also humans who possess great dark element in their body. A person that has been born with big darkness power is…” (Yorishiro)

“Is it possible that…”
The gaze of Karen-san and Mirack turn towards me.
“That’s right. Haine-san was born with strong inherent dark element and is a person that can control that power; in other words, the hero of darkness.” (Yorishiro)

And then, if after 1,600 years there’s a shocking revelation like there being ‘one other God of Creation’, it would be hard to believe. Karen-san and Mirack who heard about it were in part able to believe it mostly because those were the words of the founder of the Light Church.

“Rather than an oracle, they are the words of the person herself though…” (Haine)
At any rate, thanks to Yorishiro calming down the situation, I was able to evade the questioning of Karen-san and Mirack. But it is not like I have avoided all the questioning.
“It has been revealed that there’s the power of dark matter after all.” (Haine)
“Isn’t that fine-desu ka? A special power that can only be used by one person in the world. Something as renowned as that will resound in the whole world-desu wa. You will be doing a lot of things in the future anyways, right?” (Yorishiro)
“I won’t…is what I want to say, but…” (Haine)
Since leaving the countryside a few days ago, I have learned about a lot of things in this world.
The civilization that grew with the discovery of a material called ethereal. And because of it, the Gods are being left behind, and they are trying a variety of ways to change that flow.
Even if you cut off a few humans, the problems that will be born in this organization called a church will continue appearing.
I can’t just stay unrelated to that. I am not the Dark God Entropy, but Kuromiya Haine who came from the countryside.

I wonder, what was the relationship between Dark and Light over 1600 years ago? Feels weird how she likes him yet helped seal him away. From the looks of things, if they teamed up originally they could have beaten all the other gods.

Actually, I personally believe that the plan she accepted to was to help defeat Entropy(since the elements of the other 4 cannot harm him by themselves and they need the light element to make holes in his defenses) and that according to the plan she accepted to cooperate in, Entropy wasn't supposed to be sealed. I think this was an action done by the other 4 gods without the agreement of Inflation.
While Entropy can fight all 4 and win, Inflation on the other hand cannot nullify their elements. She probably could win in a 1v1 against those of the 4 natural element gods, but not when in a 1v4 scenario.
This would also go along with them being wary of her schemes and of what she does during the past 1600 years, since she was never fully on their side, instead agreeing with them in ideals(for humanity), but not when it comes to Entropy. Moreover, it seems like Inflation is the only god who didn't create monsters when they began making them a hundred years prior to the beginning of the series.
It seems to me like Inflation is the type to fight a hopeless battle if that really happened though.
I mean, would any yandere just let it go at all?
I do however agree with Inflation being motivated by her wanting to keep Entropy to herself, though it ended up backfiring on her, thus leading to the outcome we know of. From there on, she probably started devising a different angle for her plans. Since she can't push Entropy's interests away from humanity, she's just have to do good for humanity and make herself Entropy's ally in that matter even if she herself doesn't care about humans. So that he see her as an ally rather than an enemy.
Along with this, from reading these chapters(28-30), it definitely seem to me that she had been planning this Yorishiro human reincarnation and becoming founder for a very long time, likely long prior to her being finally able to unseal Entropy by herself.
I think she has had many schemes that have already come to fruition. From her creating the position of "Founder" when creating the Church over 1000 years prior as a mean from which she would be able to announce the existence of her beloved Dark God Entropy to the world as an oracle, to many others.
Heck, the way I see it, Inflation definitely has been playing the long game to get the last laugh at the end rather than the 4 other gods.
I have a new theory for what Ethereal is.
Entropy was speaking of fused magic to Nova as though he personally knew about it being 100% possible from long ago. I believe that Inflation knows as well. The reason Entropy said that the other gods couldn't do it was because they didn't get along at all, but we do know that Entropy and Inflation used to be lovers.
And so, going along with my other comments in the previous chapters concerning the 6 Gods being divine conceptual existences of the core elements of the universe itself... And how for the creation and expansion of the universe to even be and function, the Entropy(dark energy and thermodynamics) are necessary as renewable fuel for the Inflation(expansion) of the universe.
As such, it feels to me that when they fused their respective elements(Light and Dark) when creating the universe.
This now leads to my new theory for Ethereal. I currently see two new possibilities:
#1- It is the result of the battle between the 5 gods and Entropy. By that I mean that it is the crystallization of Light and Dark fused together as true neutral pure energy, and that this fusion of Light and Dark happened during the battle.
From what we know so far of the Dark vs the 4 natural elements, it nullifies them all through Heat Death(thermodynamic equilibrium)(which I don't feel like explaining again, so just think of it as nullifying them). As such, the only way for them to have beaten the Dark God was for them to have had the Light Goddess as support to make "holes" in the Dark God's defenses.
This is when I believe the fusion that lead to Ethereal occurred, with the spots being counterbalanced going down to the planet and crystallizing.
#2- The possibility that Inflation MADE the Ethereal in crystallized form by fusing her Light with some of the Darkness still in the world(even with Entropy sealed, the world still needed ALL elements to function, and dark matter is the most important of them due to gravity being what holds all of creation together in the first place). Thus, if this possibility is right, then Inflation would have been the one who made the Ethereal over the course of the 1500 prior to humans discovering how to use it. (and it would still be the result of a fusion of Light and Dark, essentially a truly neutral energy)
You would expect Haine to be able to sense Darkness divine energy in the Ethereal being used by the machines if that was the case though, wouldn't you?
Though, that would certainly explain why he got the hang of using a machine so quickly.
I mean, she freed him, so it might've been a thing where she decided to stay on the winning side to protect him.
Otherwise, she seems to not really care for humans either, so maybe the ideological difference was bigger?
