Actually I'm rather disappointed in this outcome. Since when did anyone short of the person herself have right to turn away an Oracle's Guardian knight? iirc that alone should have been more then enough to get past some jealous underling with delusions of grandeur.
I'm afraid Havel is acting unnatural because he's charmed. I think this points to exactly what I was afraid of - Nevia's reincarnation is Furiae. Furiae of course could also charm others, but she'd never have done so and with an order to prevent Makoto from meeting her (or so I assume the order is). The memories/personality only recently woken up because they where set to activate after Makoto left - part of her scheme in order to avoid suspicion. And the unresolved prophecy of Sakurai getting stabbed makes sense with that, since Furiae is viewed now as an ally and personal acquaintance she can get up that close without suspicion.
That's my theory anyhow, but unfortunately this new development doesn't refute it. I hope I'm wrong instead.

Making furi into nevia could be a way for the author to give makoto a chance to use time spirits again you know... to resurrect her maybe?
I don't think so, there's plenty of ways to make Makoto be able to use time spirit again. Why would the author make such a roundabout way? It's not like time magic revives the soul of the dead, it only can manipulate the time of it target. Killing her and redoes her time won't remove Nevia's soul inside her. Besides having Nevia reincarnated into Furiae will only add unnecessary drama. Just let furi be happy.

Well who knows? The author might out Anna and Mel out of the bloom during the final battle.
