Actually, I enjoy more the interactions between Ira and Makoto than the the ones between Noah and Makoto. Ira just gets along way too well with Makoto. They are literally a match made in heaven.
Noah should be getting worried that her Apostle is getting closer to another Goddess then. If Noah was there, you bet she’s going to start Nelson holding Makoto or giving him a lecture.
They match very well, if goddesses end up fair game for the harem Ira will be one of them 100%, I hope she starts traveling with them as I really want more of this banter between them

It’s something like an event trigger.
The most simple way to describe it would be that, the moment Makoto went to the past, the future that he changed was unlocked as a ‘secret ending’. So this would be relayed to the future Ira AFTER he made it there, so the data that she could get from the past Ira didn’t exist because the Trigger didn’t happen yet.
Remember that in theory, Makoto’s fate can’t be traced by the the Gods, and since he’s not a believer to the Holy Gods as well, they can’t locate or sense him. But the moment Ira from the past saw Makoto, she could get a bit of a grasp in the situation and the future from now on as well, but not much since, like I mentioned, they should not be able to see at all or much of his fate.
Abel and Anna being separate is probably the result of it being a secret combined with the tale getting distorted and simplified over time.
That is true since after all, Abel did hide that he was also a female.
Who's the Loli aside from momo? Regarding the history being mixed, I'd assume that besides Ira, Makoto also have the ability of being unaffected with the change in history. As he noticed the change in the statue of the savior. At that time the devil side might have already done something to the past. I don't know if it's due to him being directly related to the history or, due to the RPG skills, out of the world perspective ability. I'm more inclined to the latter because it'd be inconsistent if Makoto noticed the change before going to the past.
For reference, in dragon ball super, Trunks made a connection between the past and the future by using the time machine. The time running in both world are linear to each other(its actually due to Trunks sets the time machine with the exact same settings as the previous time he used it but whatever). Applying to Makoto's case the change in the future caused by makoto won't happen until he went to the past. And the change in the statue the first time Makoto noticed was caused by the demon god. Hence the reason he's able to notice it was due to his RPG skill.
And not due to him going to the past
But then it'd be weird to have the Great white sage to remember Makoto, hmm. So confusing.
Sa-san looks a loli for me in her illustrations. If not her then Ira would be. A certified Goddess loli who might enter his harem.
The main concern I have is how did Abel and his party defeat Iblis and his supposed one million demon army without Makoto? They seem too weak for me and the skies are still covered in Dark Clouds which is the fundamental problem. Light Hero skill is quite useless without the sun. Great Sage only managed to hold the clouds for a few minutes IIRC and that’s after a thousand years of proficiency and experience. Johnny and Mel are weaker than Demon Lords too so you’d think that the moment the Demon Lords team up, they’ll be annihilated.
Hmmm... This situation is weird and confusing. We should probably wait for more information in the upcoming chapters.
As Ira mentioned, it's probably due to the power of revenge. There'd be some kind of miracle or something.
Also Sa-san may be small, but I never really thought that she's a loli. It's just the illustrator's art style. So in Makoto's perspective, he's always been a respectable human being that doesn't go for lolis. Then again technically Aya is 2-3 years old in that world.
Wtf HAHAHAHA. I forgot that Aya is technically toddler age there lmao. She’s not a legal loli on the isekai yet. The illustrator does have a taste for drawing flat chested heroines. Just look at Noah. She’s supposed to be the most beautiful goddess and then she’s somewhat flat. They give me a loli kind of vibe so I considered Sa-san to be a loli.
I usually adjust my view to the standard of the artists' artsyle. So the standard it's relative to the style rather than how they objectively looks. Then again the illustration of later volumes kind of got worse. As if the illustrator is changed altogether, but its actually still the same. The head becoming bigger and bigger and their looks becoming more of a loli.
Don't know about status, but it does feels like something changed in Makoto(from perspective of others). It was pointed many times that his eyes are scary cold now.
Maybe it is Noah's Divinity seal on his Spirit Arm that was undone with his death/revive. Or maybe it was even integrated in him?
Or is it his soul's experience of being WSK made him break some barrier.
Or is it his proficiency breaking Appraisal System's limits(999?)
It may be his contract with Dia(naming).
Plus, I can't just forget Ira/Furi's reaction on his chooses selection.

All in all there are plenty of questionable points where Makoto started to exceed humanity's frame. It feels like he slowly walking in a demi-titan or a demi-spirit route, a route away from Holy God's average specifications. It would explain how Divine Disappointment, being the weakest goddess And being weakened on top of it, already can't see his specs. He is already breaking away from her system(Soul Book)
Very sorry for the really long post, but here is how I personally understand the whole time travel here. I know it may sound complicated, but I actually did try to mix in some IRL physics.
1st we must understand that everyone travels through spacetime in two cones connected in a single dot. Any point inside the rear cone is any potential past we could had seen or known about. Any point in the forward cone is any potential future we could see or hear about. Now Because we are only looking with respect to 1 point at any given time, if we change the point we can see a different potential past and future, which includes the previous point. In this way the cones of everyone are interlinked and crossing with each other.
Now when she is saying that the histories are mixing it becomes literal. The history of the past (which Makoto remembers) is shaping the future at that moment in time. Which means that the history that the world of the future remembers will be different than the one he left with.
Now the reason why he and Ira are able to remember is that to even be able to go to the past you must first be able to connect the future cone to the past cone. If you cannot make that connection than you cannot get information. Thus Makoto having traveled with his memories wont forget them (since info cannot be sent back). While Ira being able to see all of history, is outside the cone in the first place.

* P.S. My personal theory is that the RPG player skills has the ability to save/load and that every time he has made a choice the skill was auto saving his progress. This is compared to the Dating Sim player being able to read what others are thinking and saving it as a log. Or the Action Game Player being able to get revives, I-frames, and power-up.

Actually I think the description of Mary, Eir, and Sa san isn't actually a loli, it's not the author's but the illustrator's taste. there are equal amounts out big chests like Noel, and loli's like Ira. Perfectly balanced, as all things should be.
Mary and Eir are thicc tho, at least according to the manga and probably the illustrations (not that I've seen Mary's illustrations)
