High school student Misumi Makoto is called into a fantasy world by the god Tsukuyomi, in order to be a hero. However, powerful others in this world aren’t as thrilled to have him there, and kick him to the edge of the world just as Tsukuyomi declares that he must leave Makoto to find his own way. Now it’s up to Makoto to find his own way!

Yes, there was. Its the POV that I had posted before. Unlike the ones I before, this ones are 100% on MC POV. The other are more like summaries made by the characters that are with him.

Again, thank you so much for translating this. I normally go against reading LNs because I’m a manga addict, but the manga hasn’t been out long and this tale is just too good to pass up. Seriously, I like this over the usual “Hero from another World and gets himself a harem” cliche, because the protagonist was robbed of his right to be the hero by a shallow as hell goddess (bug), forced into the wastelands, ended up enslaving a supreme dragon and a legendary spider monster (not to mention turning them into members of his harem), and despite the fact he has more power than the other two who were taken from his world and the permission from the god who originally chose him to freely do what ever he wants as vengeance… doesn’t let himself be corrupted. Sadly, I think he’s forgetting the request of the god to find the other two and help them.
The request from Tsukuyomi to Makoto was “to treat them well IF he were to meet them” besides MC is free to do what he want in this world.
In that case, you got me there.
I am sort of the opposite. I want to be closer to the source material as possible. Rather than anime or manga, I primarily focus on novels if they exist.

i wonder why wayback machine?
The normal blog version has a bunch of chapters added in in the middle of story arcs and other chapters removed. If you look at the date the chapters were added you will find that a bunch of intermediate chapters were added in 2015. Seems that the original version is being translated, not the current version.
An example “Wandering in the ends of the world Arc” is 34 chapters in the original version and 7 chapters in the current version. Seems in 2013 the author went and rewrote the entire Arc with a really simple version.
Looking at the wayback machine version, a bunch of the links are not pointing to where they should there either. Link labled “ステラ、決する” is pointing at the chapter “星の湖” and so on.
Such a mess I guess I have to wait for the translations..

Its the original version of the WN. The Author has gone back and made a fair number of changes to it. If you use the Wayback site and then use the next button at the top and bottom of each chapter you can advance through them in the same order that is being translated here.

I won’t call him dense, there is a quasi-harem which he doesn’t want to lay hands upon . There is little dark stuff but it’s really good . You should read it , you won’t be disappointed .

Much like Anish said due to reasons he was raised on earth but now due to some other reasons he his returned here. The rare few people there who know of Earth say that they gravity is higher there and is by comparison a wasteland. Since you seem to be at chapter 10 you should know this part by now. He is not dense he just seems to want to abstain from romantic relationships with his followers. Plus they are likely to go yandere on him if he tries laying a hand on another woman which of coarse he finds troublsome. He is seriously OP despite being eternally level 1. There are many theories as to why he has god level strength while remaining level 1 but this still has yet to be explained. As for dark stuff I guess that depends on what you consider dark. For me if it is not full on rape, a bloody massacre where the people are having their limbs bitten off and devoured, or incredibly brutal torture then it can not be considered dark. Since this has none of that in my opinion it is not dark. Thank goodness for that otherwise I would not have been able to read it this far. I am completely caught up and waiting for the next release.

And i can’t see this as dark either (i have read stuff like Berserk), but this fun and enjoyable to read. Another cooking manga like Death March (that i caught up as well long time ago….)!
But i wonder when he will find a romantic interest? I don’t think there has been any in the magic world so far and i’m not sure about the archery club members :/ My best guess would be Hibiki, as she is “otherwolder” and her personality seems nice 🙂
There’s only a tiny bit dark stuff that’s the princess and the hero. well they have done a lot of things behind the scenes which can indeed be considered dark . Rest is up to imagination .
