About Makoto answer, I don't think he will give a straight answer to anna. There's some possibility that I can think of:
1. Makoto will reject her just like before, saying that he has someone in the future (his lover and his beloved god ofc) and left her behind just like the official story should be.
But since the author said that he will do his best to make sure that Anna and Momo will not be unhappy that means this one is unlikely to happen.
2. Makoto will marry Anna and have a child with her (and sadly losing his v-card) then left her behind for creating the Highland Country. This one is the craziest one since it means Noelle and the royalty of highland will become Makoto descendant. Moreover, i cant think that Makoto losing his v-card to other heroines before Lucy and Sa-san (or maybe Noah? well she's the first heroine after all)
3. Makoto will bring Anna into the future. But this one is kinda weird for me since it will make a question who de hell is Noelle's ancestor then if anna didn't create the Highland family. Maybe she can have a child without having s*x to opposites gender since her constitution as half-human male and half winged folks girl? Or maybe she could find her replacement like creating a clone of herself and left it behind for creating a highland bloodline.
4. Makoto will reject her, saying that he couldn't marry her NOW. And then after creating highland, Anna will reincarnate too in the future just like Nevia. And find her own happiness with Makoto in the future. (this is the reasonable one for me)
Makoto losing his v-card is unlikely and Anna marrying a man other than Makoto is hard to imagine. Now that we know reincarnation spell is actually possible, I would really suspect that Anna reincarnated.
However, if Anna reincarnated as Noel, it would really be weird because Noel loves Sakurai and she has a personality different from Anna.
I’m guessing that mortals reincarnating would delete their memories. Otherwise, how would Eir reincarnate Shuri as a hero if she becomes an enemy instead?
Nah, in the first place in the official story anna already marrying someone else and created highland, what's different now if she married a man other than Makoto? Tbh even if she ended up losing her first time to another man it doesn't mean she's already NG. Unless the author put some plot twist that Makoto saving the past is the Official Story I don't really think he needs to marry her now (it may sound evil to me). I read some of these comments and picked up the manga for world at peace and I have to say Isis is so adorable. I'm definitely going to read the rest of the novel after having dropped it a couple months ago after getting to chapter 20ish.
Tsui sounds like the most likely choice. I was thinking Furie but that seems obvious but that could also be a trick. We've had Furie's POV but not Tsui's and considering how Tsui seems to be with Furie more (being the Moon oracle) seems the most likely.
On the other hand, Makoto should have (supposedly) charmed Tsui which is why she's following him.
Since she has a lineage, we can assume Makoto will lose his virginity to her

I think Nevia reincarnated = Furiae. Here is why.
1. Both are Moon Oracle.
2. Both are devil kin.

But you're surely thinking that Furiae's behavior/reactions don't match, and that's certainly true. Furiae definitely didn't know Makoto before. However there may be a trick at play.
Some of the most interesting reincarnation stories to me involve someone who's previous life memories didn't surface right away. They lived genuinely new lives, forming memories of their own, connections of their own. Strong bonds with family and/or friends. They have full lives they aren't willing to simply throw away. THEN their previous life memories awaken, but the old doesn't disappear. Their priorities and even personality may become... complicated.
So what if Furiae = Nevia, but the memories (via the reincarnation spell) aren't set to awaken until Makoto went to the past/Iblis awakens/etc? Furiae who loves Makoto and once favored Sakurai. Nevia who hates Makoto and the light hero (now Sakurai) but loves Iblis. It could get really messy, in a number of meanings. And it would be a good way to hide. Knowing nothing (and therefore never behaving in a suspicious way), Furiae got in close. She should be viewed now as an ally, certainly not an enemy from within. Remember Ira's prophecy of Sakurai getting stabbed? The one that never got resolved? If Nevia's memories awaken in Furiae... she can walk right up to him at any time and be welcomed.
It could also be a thing that humans (and other similar species) normally reincarnate, but absent any memories or abilities - a blank slate. Which could make sense that Furiae was normally a (blanked) reincarnation of Nevia even without a spell, but because of a spell she'll become the same person again. And according to Ira's explanation just now about finding his particular soul being difficult because the mana is so low, that kinda jives. It might be that sort of thing.
Could it be the (demonic beast) cat? Makoto charmed the cat. IIRC, Furiae confirmed that he charmed it. Could Nevia be charmed by a novice user of charm? So to me that's unlikely. There could be a hidden angle still.

It was told that the moon godess loves her oracle it seems so i think the witch is either the cat (remember that it was always agressive with Makoto) and his timing apearing and how stick to Furiae was for keep and eye on her most likely she wants to stole her body and change places. Is either she or the oracle from the fire country. She was the one to try to screw Makoto after the defeat of the demon lord even went against the wish of her father and she told to the hero that Makoto was the apostle of Noah.

I doubt Nevia could reincrnate like the new oracle (Naia decide that) Most likely she wants to stole the body of Furiae because she needs the power to charm others thus once she get her body she will stab Sakurai that will explain why she couldnt see the one stabing him.
Consider the sort of reincarnation system where as mortal's souls are cleaned, and they're reborn without previous life memories (and of course, abilities). Where soul may be born and live a life any number of times. Ira was talking about the need to find your specific soul to do reincarnation, and how hard that is when you don't have a lot of mana.
What if Nevia/Iblis interfered with such a system? It would seem to be the case that Nevia also needs to find her own soul (where it is in the future) to reincarnate - namely be herself reborn. Iblis is pretty skilled at such things too.
So I'm saying her soul is out there, and reborn as someone who has already met Makoto (if she's telling the truth). We do know a half-devil girl who looks identical to Nevia, chosen (again?) as the Moon Oracle. A girl who specializes in charms and curses as well as reading fate. The girl did also at a time had a large grudge against humans. She might have went down a very different path if not for Sakurai and Makoto.
That's quite the pile of coincidences. What if all those are no coincidences at all? Perhaps Goddess of the Moon chose the same soul, reborn. Maybe she really favors that soul.
Now forcibly awakening Nevia's memories into Furiae, that could be called a method of stealing her body. Would they blend? Multiple personalities? The worst case is over-writing. I'd be rather upset if Furiae was erased like that.

The Great Demon Lord reincarnating in the future and becoming stronger would remove all of the chances of Sakurai beating him. He’s not even awakened yet, what more could he do about him now that he’s even stronger?
About Ira though, what can I say except as expected of the Divine Disappointment. Forgetting Iblis’s return in the future and getting tricked by Nevia, classic Ira. Now, what plan does she have now so Makoto can return to the future?
I’m fairly certain Makoto would not accept that. History’s says “Abel” left Anna and I’m fairly sure this is that moment and not the confession event. I’m just sad that Anna would be left heartbroken but I’ve read on a comment here that the author’s afterword said he’ll make sure Anna and Momo have a happy end so I guess there’s still hope?
If Nevia reincarnated into Furiae, things will get really messy. It might even destroy all the efforts Furiae put in rebuilding her country.
But if done well however, it would make for a really great character development. Remember, Furiae hates Nevia and being associated with her. It’s kind of like a battle between personalities. Would she choose her goal to charm everyone for “peace” as Nevia or stay the same as Furiae only with using real peaceful methods instead. Plus, she gets to stay with Makoto on the latter.
Maybe she reincarnated into that prick that leads the cultists, which would explain certain someones ability to control ppl and using the voice of iblis to make taboo mons

Or, it has always been Nevia, just with no memories. And now she'll be conflicted. Difference is it's not really a battle of personalities, just an inner struggle of morals and what she really wants.
The first one i could think of would be Furiae since she's the same as Nevia who is the moon oracle. But to be honest, I DONT WANT IT to be her.
It just adds more drama and will destroy the relationship between Makoto and Furi and that is something that i don't want to happen the most (for God sake pls just let Furi enjoy her current happiness, she's suffering too much). But well, I do hope our author-san isn't some sadistic person who likes to torture the character in his story just like a certain person.
The next one and the most suspicious for me is Tsui the black cat and Mary the receptionist. I can't think other than those two though. Now that I think about it, Ira said that Sakurai will get stabbed by someone right? maybe it is Nevia who reincarnated into the future?

Anna said she would not stop him from returning to the future, so my take of her request was that she wanted to be married to him during the little time left before he found a way to return to the future. So it could be that he actually said yes, and they married - for all of a few weeks / months until Ira finished working out how to make work whatever method she came up with. It was Ira who suggested that Makoto marry Anna and remain in the past. Anna, in fact, even told Momo that she could have her own turn when he met her again in 1000 years.
So Anna's 'happy end' (if it can be called that) could be a bittersweet marriage of a few weeks / months. It may even be that the marriage bore fruit - that Noel really is Anna's (and Makoto's) descendent.
Another idea occurs to me: reincarnation. Given Anna's incredible amount of mana (at least when she focuses on her love of Makoto), could she seek that path (maybe after Makoto leaves)?
Which leads to Nevia's reincarnation? I still can't guess who it could be. We've seen Furiae's point of view more than once, so if she had such memories of meeting him in the past - or some sort of split personality - we should have seen it. From Aya we know that memories seem to be recalled not long after birth. So who could it be? At a stretch, maybe Marie? I don't think we've seen her perspective, and that might be a reason she became more prominent in the LN compared to the WN, if late in the WN the author decided to use her for such. But that still seems really unlikely....
Reincarnation doesn’t necessarily mean that they retain their memories. As I’ve replied before, Eir would not reincarnate someone who would just become an enemy so we have an idea that memories are erased after getting reincarnated.
I think that one is more Eir intentionally resetting them to a blank slate to avoid trouble as I remember her mentioning the longer before reincarnation the more stable they are, mabye that's related?
