So many tricks to Noa, she placed an obvious spell on his arm, to keep his spirit form stable, and keep it from spreading past his arm, but he stabbed it with his dagger to break that spell, when he changed all the way against Alex. Also starting to think she hacked his RPG pop-ups, suspicious that the first one was when he met her, then he doesn't have any since losing the Apostle title, until his life was in danger, right next to Ira, and it was extra detailed this time too.
Yep, it just like she really looks into the future. By this point, I'm not surprised if everything until now was according to Noah calculation. She's also the one who powered up fuji-yan ability despite her acting. I really like this kind of character that can outplay the enemy using their brain and strategy instead of using brutal power.
I'm starting to think it wasn't just calculations, with Ira's comment about another faction and Noah always scheming I'm wondering if shes pulling a Palpatine and playing both sides to direct them in a specific direction. After all the spell Bifrons was given help with was a time spell and we already know Noah works with time spirits, she also knows that Makoto would be moving with Ira in the past and if she had any knowledge of that in present time then it would be simple to set up the Crest ahead of time as we have seen others who seemingly remember Makoto so it would be weird if Noah didn't. But theres an inconsistency innhow only parts of this past seem to be remembered as the world mostly follows history without Makoto yet atleast 2 characters seem to remember him and mabye more who haven't revealed it, mabye the goddesses used some divine magic to alter everyone's memories to match the intended history? But then what about the city in the dungeon? What about Mel and her family? Something is up with the timeline and I look forward to what really happened.
If she really predicted this, perhaps she even predicted Ira's failure in the Northern Expedition ? Makoto once asked if it was according to her plans that Ira failed, but she denied it. But what if she was lying ?

I have a theory regarding that.
I think because this is 1000 years in the past Noah of the future knows about what happened here and based on that she placed that spell on Makoto.
Its possible that the timeline continuity can be maintained by Ira somehow or the other by making Makoto as the Hero Abel but that wont change the Godesses that have noticed his presence in the past. Eir was quite friendly since the first time she came in contact with Makoto. Must be because of the sacrifices he gave. I think similarly Noah knows what happened in the past and she made a countermeasure for that in the future Makoto who was later sent to the past.🤔🤔

A random thought but what if Ira uses a miracle to alter history to match the original but due to how different the timeline has become and how strong of an impression Makoto made some parts of the new history have leaked through into the new one? A hidden spell that increases the chance to synchronize specifically with Ira, placed upon Makoto at a time she shouldn't have had a clue. Crazy accurate guess?
The demon side who has too much info about Abel - rather having any at all is already a problem. Information itself which seems to be the method of changing history. The initial raid was stopped before they even got there, knowing about it in advance. Knowing the appearance and the characteristics of Abel's power.
Bifrons having access to a spell that warps time, presumably as a gift from Iblis. A spell Ira doesn't think that even Iblis should be able to do. And the purpose for which is clearly to counter Abel, whom they shouldn't know about til after. Though interestingly, they didn't know about the female form (that Anna = Abel). A fact also missing from history books. And their knowledge didn't include Makoto's existence (not being a part of the original timeline).
Certainly Noah has profited greatly - from her Apostle having agreed to go back and save Abel. Athena had to give good terms for Makoto to agree. Did Noah create a problem only her Apostle could fix? Or... worse did she create a problem without caring if Makoto failed? She's a schemer, but I also think she's pretty attached to Makoto. But she also has ambition, and despite seeming closer/friends with those goddesses, at least at first she seemed to want revenge. So it is hard to get a read on her.
Before Makoto going back in time, I had also wondered about the Holy Gods. After the Demon King was defeated, how would he be treated? He had been given leeway - even ignoring being the Apostle of Noah - on account of working in favor of humanity (thus in their own favor). What about after he isn't needed? The gods to seem to look at mortals in terms of profit/loss. Makoto *might* be something of an exception since he can directly interact with them. But they've known him for only a tiny blip in the grand scheme of their endless lifespan. So I've considered that Noah could be expecting an eventual betrayal, and could be acting first. Creating a major problem only Makoto could solve. Reading the future and meddling with the past via time spirits.
Noah seems to profited in another manor too. Cain should be dead by now, but isn't. And I'm presuming originally that equipment got destroyed, but should be recoverable now. So Noah has regained some things she originally lost. Important cards returned to her hands.
Maybe I'm going too far with my speculation. But definitely sus.

If that were the case, I imagine Anna alone would be in the coffin, and Makoto would be sealed in the couch Momo is always sleeping on. 'Stay away from that, nothing important in there.'
